Please note our prices include 13% sales and tourist taxes. Prices are for the whole villa for one week (Sat-Sat), regardless of the number of people staying (maximum of 12 persons).

Extras
Pool heating $210 or £135 per week, $30 or £19.30 per day.
Extra Villa Clean $90 or £60.
Pool heating is only normally required in the winter months, although it is available if desired all year round.
Bookings
Bookings can be secured with a deposit of $200 or £120 per week. Full balance and a security deposit of $400 or £200 is due 10 weeks before arrival. If the booking is made within 10 weeks of departure full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payment Terms
We aim to make payment as easy as possible. We accept US $ or UK £ checks/cheques. We also accept payment in US $ by Visa or Mastercard, please note this method of payment will incur a 4.5% handling charge.
